These Terms of Use govern your use of the Heart Health- Fit mobile application (“App”). Read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
The App is for fitness and wellness tracking only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Pace, heart-rate estimates, scores, and similar outputs are fitness estimates, not clinical measurements — use them for motivation and trends, not medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
Age and sex (for physiological estimates) may inform normative modeling (e.g. Heart Math–style estimates). Height and weight are for your reference; they are not used as performance scores, and BMI is not used for performance. More profile data can improve estimate precision; the App is designed to work when some fields are missing.
Optional Apple Health integration is subject to Apple’s terms and your device permissions. Granting read or write access is voluntary.
If you sign in or enable cloud sync, we (or Apple on our behalf, for example via Sign in with Apple or iCloud) may process identifiers and account-related data needed to authenticate you, secure your account, and sync non-health app data you choose to store in the cloud. We may also process limited usage or diagnostic information (such as crashes or feature interactions) to operate and improve the App. These practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Apple Health data is handled only as permitted by your Health permissions and that policy.
We may offer other applications that work with shared non-health data (for example, preferences or summaries stored in iCloud) or open each other via links. Using those features is optional. When you use them, the same account or Apple ID may allow another of our apps to read data you synced for that purpose; Health data from Apple Health is not shared with other apps except as Apple’s system and your permissions allow.
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
